Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer  (Psalm 19:14).   The Hebrew word for meditation here means to meditate, mutter, roar, speak, study, talk, or to utter.  The Hebrew word gives reference to a  murmuring sound. When we’re deep in thought we sometimes speak under our breath aloud. That’s the idea of meditating here. Take specific scripture and let them revolve over and over in your thoughts.

He gives power to the tired and worn out, and strength to the weak. Even the youths shall be exhausted, and the young men will all give up.
